This is a 3 hour class that is open to all ages and anyone can do it! It involves designing and cementing rocks, shells, clay tiles and other interesting objects to a plywood backing that is wired to hang. I’ll introduce you to basic principals of design, opening your eyes to new ways of seeing, appreciating and creating. You’ll watch me play alongside you and think out loud about what’s working and what isn’t. “What if I tried this?” “How about that?” “Do I like it?”
I supply everything, but you’re welcome to bring your own seashells, pebbles, marbles, or other treasures to incorporate into your work. It’s so much fun and there’ve been lots of really cool pieces leaving my studio!
The mosaic workshop is also mobile and can be brought to your group!
Workshops are $120 plus tax per person, and that includes everything plus a snack and beverage.
